Pop in to our office to pick up an application form alternatively we can email one to you. Once completed return it back to us and we aim to respond swiftly as to whether you will be invited for a face-to-face interview.
After assess your application and it has been successful, we will get in touch with you to schedule a face-to-face interview. This will provide an opportunity for you to tell us why you will thrive in care and allow us to provide you with more information about the role and address any queries you may have.
Upon the successful completion of your interview, we will carry out an enhanced DBS check and obtain the necessary documents and references in a friendly and professional manner.
You will now be enrolled on to our induction programme. This will provide you with an introduction to our culture, values and practices ensuring you are equipped to begin your journey in care with us.
Now you are ready to start caring and meet your first service user.
