At Silverwood Care we understand nutrition and hydration play a key role in maintaining your health and wellbeing. Our dedicated care support workers can prepare or observe you prepare a nutritious meal of choice, and support with eating and drinking.
We offer companionship, if you are unable to access the community and support you with with your daily activities within your own home.
We understand the value in maintaining relationships which matter the most to you. That's why our friendly support workers are on hand to encourage you to pursue the activities which you enjoy, contributing to a positive impact on your mental health and well-being.
We understand the difficulties you face when keeping on top of daily household chores. Our care support workers are on hand to support you with household cleaning including hoovering and dusting. Please Note: this does not include oven cleaning or cleaning of outside windows.
Our helpful care support workers are here to support in attending medical appointments, whether that be transport or emotional support, we can help. Do not worry if you are unsure of the support you require, part of our process during the initial assessment is to establish this to ensure we can meet your individual needs.
Our care support workers will sleep at your property and are available to support during the night. Please note: If care support workers are awoken twice a night this is then deemed a waking night.
A member of staff will stay awake to monitor and support you throughout the night with toileting or providing you with reassurance.
We offer a range of services, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship, and we work closely with service users and their families / representatives to develop individualised care plans which meet their specific needs and goals.

We understand that our loved ones need some time out and a break. We offer respite services to ensure family members/ carer's get some well-deserved rest. Our trained and experienced care support workers are hand to ensure your loved ones are cared for in your absence.
This is when a trained member of staff lives in the property with you to support your needs.
